No notes on this one, but would highly recommend this for people thinking about getting into venture capital or for startups/founders as it gives you a fantastic guide into how VCs structure financings as well as how the venture world really works. The authors are both successful VCs who have extensive experience in the VC field and it’s a great reference book.
