Stay calm in bad positions
Emotions are contagious, both good and bad
Never burdens kids with unfilled ambitions, frustrations, anxiety of any emotional baggage
Sometimes it’s not about escaping but finding whatever comfort you can in hell
Accept things as they are, not what you want them to be
Curiousity coupled with courage allows you to go beyond your limits
Fear is not the enemy, it’s simply a self protection mechanism that mus be managed
There is no shame in being nervous or afraid; what mattered was what you did in the face of fear
If you pay too much attention to the media and things others expect, you will lose focus and discipline to stay great
Rationality has its limits, not everything can be explained on paper
A father must accept his children for who they are, not who he would like them to be
Happiness is not a static thing. You have to work at it by confronting and overcoming challenges
When money becomes more important than happiness, your life passes you by because you can’t lower your guard and enjoy yourself
