One of those days. One of those days that makes it all worth it. One of those days you have to stop and appreciate. One of those days that validates your hard work. One of those days that reminds you how lucky you are. One of those days that you couldn’t believe in your wildest dreams. One of those days you didn’t plan for. One of those days that makes you feel proud. One of those days that reminds you that people are paying attention. One of those days that you’re lucky to experience. One of those days that few can understand. One of those days that you don’t get every so often. One of those days that makes you smile. One of those days you want to share with those you love. One of those days you want to tell people but also feels like you don’t because you don’t want to brag. One of those days other people see for you that you don’t see yourself. One of those days you want to savour. One of those days that reminds you there’s a long road ahead. One of those days that validates you’re doing the right thing. One of those days you want to scream at the top of your lungs. Today I got promoted and accepted into the Mensa society. Today was one of those days.
