No notes for this one, but a book entirely about the age old question about ‘nature vs. nurture’ in athletics. The author attempts to answer this question with multiple real world examples about how for the elite athletes, it’s really a mix of both fantastic genes as well as a relenting desire to work hard. There’s no doubt Lebron James has exceptional genetics but that guy has never stopped working hard.
