The cause must be durable, resilient and timeless

Business is not just about making money, it’s about doing good

Invest in your people. Make sure they feel that they matter

There is a difference b/w a group of people who work together and those that trust each other

Culture = values plus behaviour

The goal of a leader should be to build new leaders

Leaders are not responsible for result, they’re responsible for the people responsible for the results

Look for worthy rivals who make you become better

We are finite players in the infinite game of life
