Harsh truths

Harsh truths

Harsh truths:

Harsh truths.

My truths.

You can believe them or not.

Don’t care.

Let me explain.

  1. There are 2 sexes.

Male and Female.

Not two genders, two sexes.

Sex is biological.

You’re either XX or XY.

If you have a Y chromosome, you are male.

That’s biology.

You can have as many genders as you like.

I don’t care what you call yourself or what type of person you feel.

Go on living your life and I will do mine.

I have nothing against you but don’t argue with biology.

  1. We are going to need more fossil fuels.

Not less.

As much as I believe in climate change and our over-dependence on oil, our population is still growing.

China, India, Asia and Africa have growing populations.

Growing populations means more people.

More people means more food.

More food means more energy.

Not less.

Are we too reliant as a society on fossil fuels?

Yes.

But the world is growing.

We need to produce more energy.

Not less.

Can we do it using alternate forms of energy like solar and wind?

Absolutely.

But how do we build those panels and turbines?

They need commodities.

Commodities come from the ground.

How do we get them from the ground?

Use more energy.

Today, the cheapest and most reliable is oil.

It’s moving to natural gas, which is cleaner, but still.

Oil still runs the world.

It’s why Saudi and the gulf countries are going to dominate this next decade.

Also, solar and wind don’t produce nearly as much energy.

Not even close.

Plus they don’t work all the time.

If it’s not windy and you don’t have the sun, how are they going to work?

Yes, it can be stored in batteries, but those batteries can power a house.

Not an entire town or country 24/7 365 in the freezing cold and blazing heat.

This is another thing people in the West like to forget - temperatures are getting more extreme.

Way hotter and colder.

In those environments, you want AC and heating.

Those need energy.

No one wants to be too cold or too hot.

We in the West have had those luxuries for ages.

Those around the world want it, deserve it and should have it.

Why are you going to limit their ability to get it?

However, we do have an answer.

One out in the open no one talks about enough.

  1. Nuclear is our answer.

It literally solves all of our climate problems.

All of it.

Here are the facts.

Super safe.

Runs 24/7.

Needs a small amount of uranium for a large amount of energy.

Safe storage.

No relation or effect on nuclear bombs.

Doesn’t take up a lot of space.

Has somewhat high input costs, but the plant produces way more dollars in energy than it takes.

Significantly more compared to solar and wind, and it’s not even close.

It’s literally powered submarines underwater continuously for multiple generations.

Oliver Stone, one of the great filmmakers of our time, made a documentary on it that is MUST WATCH FOR EVERYONE.

Especially those in politics.

  1. We need to fight for free speech.

Everyone.

Countries will disintegrate into dictatorship and anarchy if we don’t let alternative voices speak.

It’s how history worked.

Free speech is when someone you don’t like can say something you don’t like.

It produces healthy conversation and innovation.

Not everyone agrees on everything.

That’s fine.

Autocracies like Russia, China and India already have free speech laws.

You can’t make fun of Indian politicians.

Ask Vir Das about that.

But in the West, specifically America, free speech has been advocated for since its founding.

We should all appreciate that.

  1. Elon made a good move in buying Twitter.

Censorship is happening on every platform and most people don’t even know it.

Covid was the example.

People were shadow banned for sharing the lab leak theory and it’s proven to be a reasonable explanation.

At least that’s what the US government thinks.

People’s livelihoods were destroyed for sharing a different opinion that turned out to be plausible.

The Twitter files showed that.

The American government was actively involved in how Twitter was run.

Same at Facebook and Google.

Elon even said it himself in an interview.

As much as the media hates on Elon, kudos to him for buying Twitter.

The ability of a platform to allow people to share alternate viewpoints is hugely important.

  1. America is a failing empire.

Its citizens are too fat.

They have 33 trillion in debt they’re never going to pay for.

Their interest expense is now higher than the defense budget.

They’ve spent trillions on wars they’ve never won.

They spend more money on healthcare per capita than any other country in the world.

People are dying younger than they were 10 years ago.

They have a massive opioid problem where the people who created it haven’t been punished.

They have tons of guns.

School shootings happen all the time.

Mass shootings happen all the time, and are likely to get worse.

They celebrate war criminals like Dick Cheney and Henry Kissinger who have destroyed entire countries and killed millions of people.

Their universities are being corrupted by wokeness.

Their education system is failing its kids.

Their infrastructure is failing.

Wealth inequality is worsening.

The number one reason people go bankrupt is because of healthcare.

Everyone has or knows someone who has student debt.

They don’t manufacture as much as they used to.

They eroded middle America by exporting jobs to other parts of the world

Wall Street and corporations won disproportionately to the middle class.

They’re actively helping Israel commit war crimes.

Their currency is being used less on the world stage.

Suicide rates are up, specifically amongst young people.

Their stock market is rigged.

Their politicians are bought and paid for by ‘special interest groups’.

AKA corporations.

And their population is getting more polarized.

Please explain how all of these things add up to a growing and healthy empire.

  1. Independent media will win.

Mainstream media is dying.

Even mainstream hosts like Tucker Carlson and Megyn Kelly understand that.

More people are on the Internet than watch TV.

And your audience is the world, not the people who pay for their cable subscription.

  1. Joe Rogan is one of the most powerful voices in the world.

  1. We’re going through a period similar to the 1930s.

This next decade will be bad.

Probably one of the worst in history.

Exploding debt.

Inflation.

War.

Its why we need international cooperation more than ever.

You may not like these opinions.

Good.

Think about why.

Go investigate for yourself and tell me how I’m wrong.

Please.

We need to accept reality for what it is and not what we want it to be.

These are some of my harsh truths.

What are yours?
