Day 1381 - Jul.11.22 - Let go of the noise of the crowd

You don’t need to worry about the noise of the crowd. Don’t pay attention to those that don’t believe in you. It’s your job to show them. Not only to show them but yourself. Motivation has to be internal because external fades. You’ll never be happy or fulfilled chasing the desires other people want. Instead you have to decide what matters to you and chase that goal no matter how much criticism you face along the way. Life is scary and criticism is constant. The difference today is everyone has instant access to say whatever they want about you 24/7. It’s your job to not pay attention to that but instead on the mission and what you want to accomplish. You have to block all the noise and focus. Stop letting people’s petty opinions of you and your life affect the decisions you make. Sometimes they’re just looking out for you and want to be safe, but other times you have to jump and deal with the consequences no matter what they’ll be. It’ll be scary but at least you made the decision for yourself and decided to live your authentic life. The unknown is scary but that’s also where all the interesting things happen. They don’t happen day to day living the same life you didn’t even want for yourself and now feel trapped because of living up to other people’s expectations. Instead let go of the noise of the crowd.
