Jul.29.24 - Day 2129 - Execute and leave everything else

Just execute. Everything else is irrelevant. And out of your control. You can control your actions and effort, nothing else. So why focus on everything else? It’s hard to maintain focus. So many distractions and temptations all around us. Our phones. Our friends. Our family. Our school. Moves and TV shows. All there to suck up your time and take you away from your thing. Learn about ways to limit those. You can’t get rid of all of them in your life. You need to learn to manage them. We all have the same 24 hours in a day and some achieve greatness while others falter. A lot of it is out of your control like where you’re born, the life you were raised in, where you grew up, which influences you listened to as you got older, etc. Much of that you have no control over. Yet you do control a lot. So focus on that which you do. That which you can control. All the outcomes are out of your hand. Yet if you show up for yourself every day, they will come. Not in the way you expect but they will happen. Be consistent, show up, do a bit every day, always improve and be relentless in your pursuit of excellence. Excellence is only determined through hard work and execution. Just execute and leave everything else.
