Day 745 – Day 240 Q – Nov.4.20 – Last page of my second journal

It’s been over a year of my life with this book. That’s wild. Shows you what consistently doing something over time feels like. Everyday. The grind of committing to a cause. To an experience collector to document your life. Everything in here feels so honest and that’s because it is. If you can’t be honest with yourself and how you feel, then who are you going to be honest to? There are so many things writing has shown me in my life every since I committed to this 2 years ago. The value of consistency, honesty and no judgement. Explaining your mind w/ whatever you were thinking in whatever state. Not being guarded or defensive on how you were feeling. But really the value in expressing yourself. Getting outside of your own head. Because everyone loves to stay in their own head too much. Overthinking problems is not good. Life is simple, be present and deal with things as they happen. It will continue to challenge you in ways you never imagined but each of those is moments to jump headfirst and experience everything life has to offer. Don’t be scared of uncertainty, embrace it because change and evolution is the only thing that leads to growth.
