Use flattery to make other people feel good about themselves

The conscious mind is the goal setter and decides on desire. The unconscious is the goal getter and figures out how to achieve goals/act to get there

USE NLP: identify beliefs, choose appropriate anchor and then set the anchor efficiently

After identifying beliefs in yourself, set up a new anchor (saying a word, a pinch, etc.)

Use mirroring with other people

Always make eye contact

Walk energetically

Have a great handshake

Always watch people’s feet if you want to learn the truth

Provide the other person’s mind with feelings of comfort and enthusiasm about the task

Psychopathy: low levels of empathy, don’t care for others

Sadism: enjoy cruelty and callousness

  • Enjoys hurting others
  • Trolls online are everyday sadists

Emotional manipulation is negative and harms others (addicts use this)

First figure out what you want then figure out how to make the target want the same (how it will benefit them)

Gaslighting: aims to disorganize and kill the victim’s sense of reality

Changing the topic is commonly use by manipulators

Set your boundaries and don’t let other people push you around

You must show people you don’t need them

Run from any emotional manipulator because it can change you psychologically

Make it about the other person

Use scare tactics sometimes

Stay consistent

Be silent

Put data aside and tell stories

Ask for help
