Be net positive:

Be net positive.

Over the course of your life, try to be more positive than negative.

Not only in your thinking but also in your actions.

We’ve been trained to believe in the negative.

You’re not good enough.

You can’t do it.

You’re making a mistake.

Our parents, our friends or our environment.

They’ve conditioned us to look for the bad.

Stop focusing on the bad, focus on the good.

Choose to focus on what you have, not what you don’t.

What you can control and not what you can’t.

Your opinion of yourself is under your control.

Other people’s opinions of you are not.

Don’t worry about them.

Some will like you and some won’t.

As you become more successful, the noise comes louder.

Everyone’s got haters.

So show them wrong.

As Gary Vee would say, win with positivity.

Positivity wins in life.

On a long enough time scale, you’ll get rewarded.

So what positive actions can you do?

Be grateful.

Have a gratitude practice for things in your life that you have.

Ask people about their stories.

And really listen.

Don’t interrupt when someone is trying to tell you something.

Give back.

Give to a cause bigger than yourself.

Show up, especially for your loved ones.

Even when they don’t want you there.

Lose your ego.

You’re not that important anyway.

Neither am I, but that’s the point.

Try something new.

Invest in yourself.

Invest in your education.

Invest in your body.

Invest in your mind.

Invest in getting yourself right.

Understand yourself to understand the world.

Learn what makes you tick.

Provide value to people.

Smile.

Say hi.

Be net positive.
