Becoming a powerhouse creator:

Been thinking a lot recently about how to become a powerhouse creator.

You need to build multiple components of a brand that works independently but also co-mingles.

It’s not enough just to do one format or one way.

Here’s my plan:

Continue writing this year to get to 300 posts that I can repackage the content.

Next step is to hire a podcast engineer and convert all my writing into a podcast.

Once I gain enough notoriety for calling a market crash, I go on other people’s podcasts for interviews.

Go on international podcasts in the most popular podcasts in those countries to increase awareness of me.

Once the audio from my own personal podcast is done, pay a sick Youtube animator to animate what I say. Need to check this from a legal perspective if I can reference different parties like banks and hedge funds, etc. If not, I'll work around it.

Create my own personal fund.

Most of it will be public equities, but also do some start-up investing.

Write a book. Write multiple books. 

I have a few ideas already. Educated Idiot about my life story. Everything is grey discussing how social media, the news and our phones has created an environment where things are polarized. 

Use books to go on tour and meet people.

Start a Patreon community where people can pay for monthly access to me.

Make sure all the Patreon community money goes into a charity fund that I don’t touch, have someone else manage that. Let people do whatever they feel comfortable with contributing, like Sam Harris.

Have the patreon members select different charities each quarter to where to deposit the money.

Start a shopify ecommerce store. I’d hire a designer to come up with his/her own vision using me as the brand. 

Partner with other brands to do specific launches of clothes. 

I don’t touch any of the money, it all goes into the charity fund. 

Start a newsletter discussing what I’m reading/learning about this week.

I need a team to do all of this, or an agency.

Depending on how things shake out, I hope to sign with an agency to work with them on a lot of this.

Reached out to a few digital media agencies but I want to get to the big ones.

They have the infrastructure and network.

Charge businesses stupid consulting fees if they want access to me - similar to Michael Lewis. If it’s schools/universities run by students, not faculty, give free talks. Otherwise charge people stupid amounts of money for talks.

Volunteer for different causes once a year.

Leverage the service aspect of the brand to meet the most interesting people in the world.

Cold email random famous people, build a network and go learn from them.

Email the best people in their fields on my podcast.

Learn from the best.

Provide more value to them than they give to you.

Hire or collaborate with an influencer to distribute the content on Tik Tok and Snapchat.

I don’t have the time for it, nor do I care enough to get distracted by it.

Sell my writing as NFTs for crazy prices.

Maybe start my own token but that still seems sketchy to me.

Do ask me anythings on Reddit, Youtube, and Twitter. 

Do Youtube live streams where people are allowed to give you money. Have all the content money go into the fund so I can continue to invest.

It all starts from writing. Through the process you have to continue to write. Non-stop. Whichever circumstances you’re in. Use this as your self-reflection while teaching others how you think.

I likely have to create multiple subsidiary companies to run all of this.

Have to get in touch with tax lawyers, tax consultants, entertainment lawyers, etc.

These ideas are great and maybe you’ll create them all one day.

No matter what, just keep fighting. Keep going. Enjoy the process. Enjoy the ride. Struggle is payment for the ride. Embrace it.
