Day 1162 - Dec.2.21 - Be proud of yourself

Be proud of yourself dude. You got here. You did the work. You put in the time and the reps. You took the opportunities. You moved halfway around the world, twice. Never let anyone take that away from you. No matter what, no one can take away what you’ve accomplished. You’ve done a lot man. Be proud of who you’ve become. Be happy for yourself. Why is it so hard to accept self love? Why are we always doubting ourself and our ability to live an authentic life? Why are we so scared? Why does fear hold us back so much? The best thing I learned about fear is it’s all in your head. Life happens on the other side of fear. Once you realize life and the world is not as scary as you think, life becomes a lot more interesting. There is so much to experience, so much to learn about in this world. No one will ever be able to learn enough because there’s always mishaps. There’s always periods that test you for what you’re really made of. Can you stay strong enough to stick it out and continue investing in yourself? That’s very hard when your world may be flipped upside down. Life is random. You have no idea what will happen tomorrow. No matter what, be proud of what you’ve done until now. No one can ever take that away from you.
