Enjoy it all

Enjoy it all

Enjoy it all:

Enjoy it all.

Enjoy the pain.

The struggle.

The terrible times.

The bad.

And enjoy the good times.

The celebrations.

The moments with family and friends.

The memories and experiences.

We’re all going to leave someday.

When that happens we have no idea.

But it will happen.

Everything might feel terrible now.

You may have little hope but never lose it.

Reading a book called ‘The Choice’ written by a holocaust survivor turned psychologist named Dr. Edith Eger.

So many moments she could’ve been gone.

So many moments where everything looked miserable.

Yet between all the pain and agony, there was good.

She had purpose.

She was committed to her sister.

Somehow she made it.

She got lucky.

Her book is a reminder of how much bad there is in the world.

But also what good you can create out of it.

Struggle and pain is how you learn.

Now are you going to do something about your situation or not?

Because the work you do is in your control.

You can control the effort.

Appreciate the dark times.

Just keep working.

Keep bettering yourself.

The journey never stops.

Find something you enjoy every day that you purely do for you.

Sometimes we have to keep ourselves front of mind.

We have to decide to live the life we want to live, not the one someone else wanted us to live.

You have a choice.

It won’t be easy.

But nothing is easy.

Sometimes you have to make selfish decisions and then prove that you can do it.

Prove that you can show them.

People don’t believe you till you show them.

So go do the work and show them.

Keep improving a little bit every day and work at it for years.

Eventually, you’ll soar to places you never thought possible.

Along the way, you will struggle. You will experience pain. You’ll experience heartbreak. You’ll experience death.

No matter what, keep going, you’re doing great.
