Day 284 – June 18.19 - Be grateful

Today was a pretty inspiring day because I read 400 pages of Tony Robbins book. It’s amazing how all this information is so readily accessible and yet people just either don’t get it, don’t see it or don’t care. The journey I’ve been on the last 8 months since starting in Amsterdam has been eye opening because there is so much opportunity in the world to make money and do good. So many people are stuck believing that all they will ever know is the place they are, doing a shitty job at a company they don’t like. Now, I also have to remember how lucky I am to be in the position I’m in. It’s because of luck and having parents who could afford to take me elsewhere and experience the world. I don’t think I’ll realize the true value of my education till years from now because my education was so much more than a degree. Stay grateful and always show appreciation, even for the little things because like John Templeton said ‘the more you’re grateful, the more will come back to you.’ I also want to be a huge philanthropist because giving back and educating people is the only way to make your mark. Time to leave it all on the line and go conquer the world.
