Day 725 – Day 220 Q – Oct.15.20 – Enjoy time with family

Enjoy the time with family. The mundane. The watching a shitty show on Netflix with mumma. It’s important you just stop and be. Exist sometimes. You can’t be going all the time because if you never take time to relax for yourself, you’re pushing yourself down a dark hole that you may end up crashing. And that’s only going to hurt yourself in the end. So small goals. Little things. Today you made jerk chicken for the first time. That’s a great accomplishment. Be proud of that. You worked out and can slowly feel your muscles growing. Good for you. Give yourself some credit because as long as you’re doing the best you can, that’s all you can ask for. Don’t beat yourself up when you don’t get everything you want done. Figure out what you enjoy doing and keep doing that. That’s what’s important, doing stuff for yourself. For pushing yourself to try new things and discover what you really want to do. As long as you’re living your purpose doing things you enjoy, that’s good enough. Relax once in a while. Life is a marathon and you’re just at the starting line.
