The best journey you’ll take:

The best journey you’ll take.

The journey of self-discovery.

The ultimate one.

The one we should spend our whole lives chasing.

Understanding.

Learning.

About the most important person in the world.

Ourselves.

Us.

You.

The journey to discover who you are.

What makes you, you?

Why are you the way you are?

Why do you think the things you do?

Why do you have the fears that you do?

Who are you really?

It’s a tough journey.

A brutal one.

Most people don’t have time for.

They’re just trying to survive.

Trying to make it through the next day.

But for those of us who do have time, we must ask.

We must self-reflect.

We must spend time.

We must prioritize ourselves.

You being a better person translates to other people being better.

Ultimately, it starts with you.

There’s a reason you put on a mask first before assisting any others on a plane.

You have to take care of yourself first.

If you don’t help yourself first, how are you going to help other people?

You can’t.

Don’t spend your life worrying about who you are in the eyes of others.

Screw everyone else.

Life is a single-player game.

It’s you against yourself.

You are the boss.

You are the journey.

You are the destination.

Think of life as an RPG game.

How do you set up a game you play against yourself?

Where the only goal is to be better than the previous version?

Do that and you’ll win.

You’ll figure it out.

The point of all of this.

The point of you.

Your existence.

Who you are.

What your goals are.

What you want to get out of this thing called life.

You’ll understand it.

Because you’ll begin to understand yourself.

Understand this.

God is real.

He is inside of you.

It’s an energy.

A belief.

One that you can connect to.

As Paramhansama Yogananda said, ‘meditation is the science of god-realization.’

Want to get closer to god?

And yourself?

Meditate.

Observe your mind.

Observe your thoughts.

Observe who you are.

Let your mind go.

Let your mind wander.

Be intentional.

Ask questions.

But also stop.

Stay present.

Stay connected.

Tap into the power we all have inside of us.

As the ancient religions told us, all the answers you want in your life are within.

All your life’s problems can be solved by looking inside you.

All of them.

Understanding yourself objectively.

How you are in the world.

How you are perceived.

But also how you perceive yourself.

Do you like yourself?

Do you know yourself?

Do you understand yourself?

If you don’t, all good.

Start.

Today.

Small changes.

Small choices.

A few ways to start.

Reading.

Highly highly recommend ‘What Happened to You,’ ‘Attached’, and ‘Awareness.’

Therapy.

Writing.

Psychedelics.

Meditating.

Learn about your subconscious.

The thing inside of you that directs your life.

The thing that shapes your personality.

The thing that shapes how you act in the world.

Understand it.

Think about it.

Don’t judge it.

Just watch it.

Observe it.

Then guide it.

Direct it.

Push it in a new direction.

Affirmations.

Seriously.

This shit works.

Tell yourself again.

To your mind.

Again and again.

Positive things.

My favourite recently.

Have these on my bathroom mirror I see every day.

‘Smile, today is a good day.

I can be what I will to be.

Every day, in every way, I’m getting better and better.

I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, and happy.’

Repeat these.

Again and again.

All the time.

Then watch.

Wait.

You’ll see.

The world will bend to your mind.

Reality will bend in your favour.

Your brain doesn’t record reality; it generates it.

Your mind will find opportunities you never noticed before.

All of a sudden, you’ll be guided.

You’ll have direction.

Purpose.

Most people never do this.

Never take the time.

Never take the effort.

Never take the first step.

They make excuses.

‘I don’t have time.

I can’t do this.

This is too hard for me.’

Lies.

We all do.

How much time do we spend wasting on our phones?

All of it.

It’s not a question of time.

It’s a question of priority.

Do you want to know yourself?

Do you want to understand yourself?

Do you want to go on a journey of self-discovery?

Say yes.

Please say yes.

It’ll be the best journey you’ll take.
