The inside of your mind is the only thing you can be sure of
How do you know that there are any minds at all besides your own?
Is your mind something different from your brain or is it your brain?
Nothing up to the point at which you choose determines irrevocably what your choice will be
There is no substitute for a direct concern for other people as the basis of morality
You don’t matter as much from the outside as you matter to yourself from the inside – since from the outside you don’t matter more than anyone else
Equal opportunity produces unequal results
What’s tough is some people start life w/ undeserved disadvantages
Looking at it from the outside, it wouldn’t matter if you existed. But you do and that’s all that matters

We are never taught to listen to our intuitions, to develop and nurture them. But if you do pay attention to these subtle insights, you can make them come true
