Are you gonna die?

Are you gonna die?

Are you gonna die?

Are you gonna die?

‘Yea, you’re gonna die.

That ain’t the question.

The question is whether they gonna have a good story to tell about you when you’re gone’

From Peanut Butter Falcon.

Great movie.

One about adventure.

And friendship.

And mischief.

And seeing where the road takes you.

It’s an unexpected story about a man on the run.

And how he brings along an adult with Down’s syndrome with him.

So simple.

Yet so beautiful.

So raw.

He didn’t want to be confined to a bedroom and an old folks home.

Zak wanted to achieve his dreams.

His dreams of training with a pro wrestler.

He got there in the end.

But the story is not about him getting there.

It’s about the journey along the way.

The people he met.

The memories he created.

The stories he experienced.

That’s what life is about.

At your funeral, no one is going to care how much money you have or how many nice things you owned.

They’ll care about the moments you shared with them.

The memories you gave them.

How you made them feel.

Peanut butter falcon is one of those movies that makes you feel that.

How fortunate you are to be in your position.

How much you’re missing adventure from your life.

How you need to bring more spontaneity into it.

Watch it.

It’s worth your time.
