Day 843 - Day 333Q - Feb.6.21 - Everything takes time
Patience. Everything happens over time. We’re the instantaneous, quick, get my food/package delivered ASAP type generation. But true progress and success comes from working and waiting for the right opportunity. Sitting, watching and waiting. Doing a bit of work every day, consistently showing up for yourself, then eventually you get somewhere. These habits I’ve put in place now are so I can do this stuff for years. Maintain the routine of progress every day. You have so much time to get to where you want. Along the way, you have to learn about everything and wait for the opportunity. Because it will show up if you’re doing the work. If you’re grinding and working on yourself every day, eventually you’ll get somewhere great. Keep challenging yourself. Build your life resume. Screw a work resume. That stuff will come if you’re patient and work hard. But a life resume, that’s the shit you want to chase. To go to your deathbed with memories. To say that at least you did something with your life and tried when it seemed impossible. When the only person that believed in you was yourself. You showed up for yourself over and over again and that’s why you’re here. Yea you got lucky to be born into your circumstances but you still did all the work to get here. You continued to learn about everything and eventually opportunities presented themselves that you jumped into. That happened with work and patience. Keep doing that and you’ll be golden.
