Day 883 - Day 373 Q - Mar.18.21 - my perspective on weed

Damn I’m high as shit. It’s not nice being high on weekdays because it makes you lazy. You get so in your head about what you’re doing and who you are. You want to sit, eat and chill. Everyone needs that time in their lives but that’s some people’s whole lives outside of work. That’s an unproductive life, depending on how weed affects you. Don’t get me wrong, Seth Rogen, Snoop, Wiz, etc. are high all the time but so they’re used it. If you start when you’re young and notice yourself starting to become isolated from your friends and family, you need to stop. Weed can take you to some dark places if you’re not prepared and not in the right headspace. But weed is also a great relaxant that’s safe compared to other drugs. No overdoses ever in recorded history and little crime relative to hard drugs. I mean you do have mobsters and drug cartels, but with weed being legal, it has to be slowing down. Also Colorado has research and shown increases in tax revenue plus decreased crime. Awesome. Overall weed can be a great drug or the devil. If you don’t do it safely with people around you who you trust who know what they’re doing, it can be an awful experience. Yet it can open your eyes to entirely different perspectives that make you think of life in a different way. Enjoy it but be safe.
