Day 1419 - Aug.18.22 - The town square

The means of distribution are easy. Quality content generation is hard. You’ve done the hardest part by creating quality content. Now it’s time to distribute. This part is all about execution and consistency. It’s about being relentless and shoving your content down people’s throats. With that will come a lot of negativity. It’s like going to a town square and presenting a piece you wrote. Most of the town’s people don’t care but slowly more and more will start to pay attention. As you do it more often, more people will stop to listen but it also means more people will stop to hate. More people will yell and scream and discredit you but remember that’s not most people. Most people don’t care. They’re too busy leading their lives not giving a shit about you. However the ones who stop and pay attention maybe some of the smartest people in the world. They may start to take your ideas and build on them. They may even reach out to you and get you to advise them. Some people may reach out to present you with opportunities you may have never realized were possible. No matter what, your job is to keep showing up at that square and doing what you always do. Share your content with whoever will listen and forget about the noise. You’re on the mic, not them.
