You're always being watched

You're always being watched

March 24, 2024

You’re always being watched:

You’re always being watched.

Always being spied on.

Always being listened to.

1984, the book by George Orwell, is a reality.

Governments around the world know who you are.

They know where you live.

They know what you like.

They know what you think.

They know what you say online.

They’re everywhere and you’ll never be able to get away from them.

Privacy doesn’t exist in today’s world.

If you have a phone and are connected to the Internet, your privacy is gone.

If you use social media, it’s gone.

They have a list of everything they ever want to know about you.

If you step out of line according to them, they’ll be there in an instant.

Lex Fridman talked to a CIA expert recently.

She talked about a technology years ago where one small photo of you from any camera anywhere gives governments all the information you’ll ever need to know about a person.

As she said:

‘You’re looking for a needle in a haystack.

A Bin Laden in a haystack.

The problem is you still have to build the haystack.’

Governments around the world have built a haystack of all of us.

That is a scary world and yet it’s a reality.

My fear is as we go into the next crisis is this; what happens to free thinkers?

What happens to people who challenge the status quo?

What happens to those who choose to rebel against powerful governments?

They’ll be gone.

It’s why the power of free speech is paramount to our survival.

Kudos to Elon with X and Substack for allowing free thinkers on their platform.

Soon the truth tellers will be the biggest enemies of the state.

It’s why Elon is made out to be a terrible person in the mainstream media.

They know they can’t silence him.

Whatever you think of his purchase of Twitter, the fact we have a social media company that’s not in bed with the US government is great.

He even said it himself in an interview.

The US government has a backdoor into all social media companies.

Google.

Facebook.

Instagram.

Youtube.

Just like China does with TikTok.

Only it’s not reported.

If you don’t believe me, go take a look at the Twitter files.

So what can you do?

Not much to be honest.

Live your life.

Do the things you’d normally do.

Just be aware that if you’re standing up to power, they’ll be watching you.

You’re always being watched.
