Tracking begins with wanting to track - the desire to find your path
The way of the tracker is to look at something he has seen a thousand times and always see something new

Shoulds are full of traps - traps laid by society and the limited roles for yourself
Don’t try to be someone, rather find the thing that is so engaging it makes you forget yourself
You can’t skip past creating into the creation
You are your outlook and that outlook is not universal. It was given to you
The restoration of the planet begins in people; the restoration of the planet begins in you’
Follow the inner tracks of your feelings, sensations, instincts, integrity and truth that are deeper than ideas about what you should do
There is nothing more healing than finding your gifts and sharing them
